Feel the Löyly: spirit, breath, soul of our sauna
Soulful Sauna is a custom-built, wood-burning sauna that travels. We offer a pop-up sauna/cold plunge experience at local businesses, festival, retreats, etc... It can also be rented and brought to you for your private event.
We start and stoke the fire while you enjoy the benefits of the heat, the steam, the sweat!
Soulful Sauna is meant for a near sacred experience, connecting with the soul of the sauna, the living force within that space, the steam and the heat, the Finnish deemed very spiritual. They call it löyly. After a good sweat, nothing beats stepping outside for some fresh air, maybe a dip in our cold plunge (or lake/river if nearby)
Stay tuned for our next pop-up sauna/cold plunge and book a spot for you and a friend. Private buyouts for groups at our pop-ups are always encouraged.

A sauna that travels, beware of the amazing views
Whether it be the shores of Pearl Lake or at the base of a mountain or river side. Our sauna can be found in places with a amazing views more times than not. Sometimes we are in wide open spaces, sometimes at festivals or businesses. Regardless, it will always be worth your time and good for your well-being.

Individual Seats at Pop-Ups
Book a seat in advance for the selected time period at one of our pop-up locations and share the sauna with fellow guests. Good for solo visitors, couples, and anyone who doesn't mind meeting a stranger in the heat. One of the best parts of a sauna is the social aspect.
Walk-ins are welcome when space is open.
Private Buyout at Pop-Ups
Reserve the whole sauna for your group in advance for select time periods at our pop-up locations. Our sauna holds up to 8 people, so is great for families, friend groups, and anyone who wants the fire to themselves.
Private Rental for your Event
Book the sauna/cold plunge experience for your own event whether festival, party, wedding, retreat, etc..
We'll bring it to you, set it up, and attend to the fire so everyone can just enjoy, relax, experience.

The sauna travels
Soulful Sauna is available for private events across Northwest Colorado. Weddings, corporate retreats, holiday parties, anniversary dinners, music festivals and local businesses where the sauna comes to you, fully attended and ready to go. Our cold plunge tub accompanies the sauna when not paired with a lake or river.
